Pathetic service and a *******!!!

<p>Worst experience ever, pathetic service and a *******!. I purchased a fridge at N1 city branch last year and was to collect it. we spoke to the sale guy and said we getting married this year and would like to collect closer to the time as we had to build and did not have space at the time. We signed in a book as well and i was called and told them i would only collect this year it was told to me that its fine. I went to the store last week and was told those people no longer works there and they will try and sort out the issue as they needed to check their books first. I was promised free delivery for this week. No one bothered to call me until i called them yesterday. the lady made a note and said she had no idea what i was talking about. I was then called today by the supervisor and branch manager who said I will not be able to get a fridge and i have lost out because after 3 months it becomes abandoned stock... this was not told to me last year. I was also told that SOMEONE collected it on the 20th!!! I would like to know how this is even possible as my slip has the ID no of the person and says we will collect. I seriously hope you can assist and resolve this issue as i need my Fridge this week. I even took out an extra 2 year warrantee on the fridge. I was then called and told their nothing they can do and i will not get the fridge or money back. </p>
