Re-Complaint about bad service – Defective TV Set

Last year 2019 around Oct-to November no exact date, We Purchased a TV (Sansui 49inch Curve) Cash at Hi-Fi Corp in Mamelodi Denlyn Branch. Unfortunate to us the TV broke down early Jan 2020. With No pictures showing only sound. Took the TV to the store only to find out the store was closed, So I called ***number from Website and was advised to take it to nearest store. In this case it was Hi-Fi Corp Mams Mall.

Took the TV in they booked it for repairs, It took me a full month to get the TV with me calling and visiting the store without luck. Eventually I went with my mother as she bought the TV and told them we not leaving without our TV, else they give us a refund as they couldn’t help. We stayed at that store on Sat for 4 hrs waiting to be assisted, at this time they were really not to blame as there was loadsheding. We eventually got our TV 2 days later.

That was around March, forward to today 15/08/2020 as I am writing this TV dead again with the same issue.

I went to the store to advise about our TV issues, they are refusing to take TV because I don’t have the slip. I asked for them to look on the records as this has been booked previously this year still and I gave them the slip.

Now I am stuck with a dead TV set, and the store I bought from is refusing me help? Mind you it’s not even a year yet and been having relentless issues with this TV since day 1.

I have ran out of options and have lost all credibility to your brand to assist me in resolving this matter.
