Pathetic service

Useless, will never purchase from here again. I purchased 2 heaters and attempted to cancel the order, no one responded to my email regarding the cancellation and it is a nightmare trying to contact a store or customer care as no one answers or returns calls. It is now the 6th day and nobody has responded I will never support this group again.
