PATHETIC SERVICE

I really wish there was an option to give 0 stars. PATHETIC service! I ordered a washing machine online on the 16th of May. 2-6 working days... After phoning the Bloemfontein branch 21 times!!!!! Yes, 21 times... I finally got a response. Not apologizing or nothing! THEY CAN NOT FIND MY ORDER!!!! Still waiting for a refund. I so wish I checked Hellopeter before trying to support them...
