Pathetic Service!...

<p>On the 21/01/2016 I went Hi Fi Corporation in Amanzimtoti to book my Phone for repairs</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone started freezing and internet was slow and had a screen protector on which was a bit scrathed not cracked</p> <p> </p> <p>After and month or two Hi Fi Corporation called me and advised that Vodacom told them that my screen have a crack</p> <p> </p> <p>I then told them when I booked the Phone for repairs there was no Crack and I not willing to take the Phone back if the matter have not been resolved</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 15/05/2016 i asked my sister to speak with the Manager at the store which she did and spoke with Terence Pillay he then her asked to send an email to them for investigation</p> <p>Which she did on the 16/05/2016 but until today she have not receive any feedback.</p> <p>Please intervene in this matter urgently....</p> <p> </p>
