Pathetic service

Absolutely appalling customer service. They delivered to wrong product two weeks ago and I have done everything in my power to try get this rectified. Had to leave voice messages because no one answers their customer care line and have received no feedback. Sent email after email with zero response. Called all the stores in my area and received no assistance. The only contact that works is the zendesk extension on their website and the person on the other side has no power to do anything and is a waste of time anyway.
