Pathetic service

I purchased a hisense washing machine online. After receiving and connecting it, we found the dispenser was filling up with water. We contacted hisense and the technician came and advised that the outlet was not working. I did not want it repaired as its brand new, so I requested another machine. It's nearly a month now and I haven't had any response from HIFI Corp. Each time I called they consultant at customer would escalate the matter. And each time promised that I would get a response within 24 hours. Still nothing has happened. I would not be purchasing from them again. I wish I had read all the previous reviews about them before going ahead with the purchase
