Pathetic service

My TV has been in for repairs for 2 months. I have already logged a complaint for this. However when trying to get in touch with head office to complain further, each person redirects me to another, that person then says they are not the correct person, and the correct person will call me back, right away, I have to wait hours, still have not spoken to the relevant person. If I do trying calling back, most of the time I get a message saying the extension cannot be connected and the call get hung up. It seems no cares for the customer at HiFi Corp.
