PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have never had such pathetic service in my life. I ordered a Fridge on line on the 25th of January and was advised it would be delivered by end of Jan. They took the payment and I have called in a few times where staff say they will get back to me regarding the delivery and I have had no response. Now it’s almost month end again and my statement reflects an item i do not have and have never been contacted about. I called in today again and there is still no proper answer for me!
