Pathetic Service!

I am extremely shocked, disappointed and frustrated with the online service from Hifi corporation!!! Firstly I received a call from head office at 8.40 this morning informing me that the vehicle with my R3000 order has been hijacked and they will call me later on to advise me further. I call head office back and the lady has no idea what I'm talking about and just transfers my call and the call just drops! I call again now extremely frustrated and the lady at head office as the audacity to ask me why I am screaming as she doesn't know anything after me expaling to her the situation she can not respond to any of my questions I ask to speak to someone else being absolutely rude and stating that they are head office and they don't know anything yet I received a call from them! She just transfers my call again! Finally a lady who was abit more professional advised that she was going to log a complaint. My question is.... My order has been hijacked but Noone is able to advise me on what the process is thereafter?? What happens to my order?? When will I receive it?? The service and staff at hi fi Corp head office is appauling! Your staff are rude and don't know anything!! I WANT TO KNOW WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AS YOUR VEHICLE BEING HIJACKED IS NOT MY PROBLEM!! AND WHAT IS MORE FRUSTRATING IS THAT NOONE CAN ASSURE ME OF WHAT HAPPENS NOW!!! I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BUYING FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN!
