Pathetic Service

I just received the below sms informing me that I owe R2181. I have tried to call your customer service and the agent who answered the phone was just pathetic. She referred me to some department where phone was not answered Please advise what did I buy as I paid off the account. Sms sent to me Dear valued customer, our records indicate that you have not adhered to our request to repay the arrears on your HiFi Corp account. Please ensure that this amount is paid immediately to avoid further action and costs. Your arrears value is 2181.48.
