Pathetic service

They don't call you to tell you for any expected delays on delivery. I bought a fridge at Springfield. I kept calling for update - they don't. I paid for delivery and wasn't told they had no stock. The lady said the fridge would be delivered on the same day or the next. I cancelled all my appointments waiting. Only to find that they don't have stock when I phoned to enquire. Pathetic!
