pathetic service

I am disgusted with the service my grandparents received today. ...they saw an adverti*****t for a tv that they saw in the paper they went in today and asked for the tv and was told there's no stock ...they <br> Then asked for a tv to be brought in from another branch as the advert did not stipulate limited stock. ..and they were turned down bluntly with attitude. I hate when the elderly gets disrespected and wont stand for it. I hope this matter gets resolved immediately
