PATHETIC SERVICE

I am very disappointed in the poor service from HiFi Corp !! We placed an online order on Monday, 15 June. It is now more than a week later, and we still haven't received the order. The status on the order says "Received Paid" - it has been in this status for 8 days now. When we try to phone to find out about the order, nobody answers - my wife has been holding on for 8 minutes, only to hear "None of our service representatives are available to take your call. Please hold for the next available service representative." This is shocking service! Quick to receive payment and then nothing! I want feedback ASAP!
