Pathetic service

I am utterly disappointed in the service I got today, I spent more than R15000 3 months ago and before that I always go to buy whatever I need for my businesses by you guys. The customer service I got from a guy by the name of Shaun was honestly pathetic. He rather went on over the fact that I had cut the power supply and what I can't understand is why did I have to pay an extended warranty and wasn't even told that if I cut the cord the extended warranty would be voided. I'm honestly not leaving this like this and you guys will hear from my lawyers cause all you guys could have done was to put the TV on and tell me what's wrong with it and customer service couldn't even do that. I would have never expected such poor and disgusting service from a well established company.
