Pathetic refund service at Hifi Corp

What pathetic service we received from Hifi Corp at Greenacres in Port Elizabeth.

We saw they were advertising a Hisense Dishwasher for R5499. Bought the dishwasher just to see they charged R6599. We then queried and they said the special was done. We then took them to the floor to show them that it does infact still show R5499 display price. They then said they will refund us. All good and well! They said they don't have enough cash and that they will credit us back into the bank account. The slip indicates that they refunded us. They said it will take 3-7 working days.

We are on day 9 today - still no money! We went to the store just to have the same excuses and that they now need to ask the bamk where the money is ect.

This is absolutely pathetic! I mean a R1000 is R1000! How can they not have cash to refund!
