Pathetic refund policy

Getting really irritated. Got to hi fi corp after 12 today to get a refund on a laptop that I've brought back now for the second time. It's now almost 5pm and I'm still waiting for a R3500 refund. On top of that, I get told they can't refund the insurance I took out. Listen,to have R2000 float in your till is disgusting
