Pathetic online store

Worst online buying experience of my life! I bought a fridge on black Friday with massive savings, Game had the exact same fridge in store with the exact same price i could have had the fridge already. It is 3 weeks since my order was placed and payment was made and i still don't have my product! Their customer care line just rings and no answer. A refund wont be justice!! i received 3 calls already from their delivery team on different occasions stating different dates of delivery and each time i arrange for someone to be at home to receive my item but no delivery was made!
