PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE FROM HIFI CORP

I bought a defy 900c Premium island extractor on the 27th March on the promise of a 2-5 day delivery according to their website. 15 days later, l still have not received my order of R4999. I have now phoned their customer service centre on numerous occasions and there is just no accountability and follow up from anyone. I have now demanded a refund and been told it takes 14days. THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT TO DO ONLINE SERVICE. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
