Pathetic online service

Pathetic online services. We ordered a TV on the 20th of November. Delivery should have been the 26th of November latest . We have had no communication , no feedback as to why we still haven't received our order. Emails go unanswered and IF they answer their phones , i get told that head office will contact me, which they never do. i am at my wits end!!!!!!! Will never us them again. money ****** as far as i am concerned.
