Pathetic online service

I have made an online purchase for three items , they issued an invoice of 1 item and made a delivery of same, days went by without hearing from them, always when i phone them they promse to get back to me and they do not. Worse my order was cancelled without my knowledge and upon enquiries they also do not know why. They are so unproffessional , the service is so pathetic, it was my forst time buying from the and now its defintely the last time. They such a pathetic and unproffessional part of the JDG.
