Pathetic online purchase

So this past Monday I did an online purchase on the Hifi Corporation site and I did an immediate payment. So I thought to myself that it automatically went through and I was successful unknown to me that my order was canceled. The following day I called to check if the payment was received only to find out according to them my payment was not received, i went as far as calling my bank to really check if I really did they payment and they confirmed that I did. So why would a company like that be ******** me of my hard earned money it might be small to them but its my money.. I tried sending countless emails and made numerous calls to the company to try and find out what's really going on with my order and my money
