Pathetic Online Ordering Services

Bought and ordered a deep freeze online on the 11th March 2022. To date the deep freeze has still not been deliver and no one has called me informing when it will actually be delivered. I have been promised 2 delivery dates and those dates have come and gone! I have phoned about 10 times and have complained about the service which is PATHETIC!! Do not advise delivery on the website between 3 to 6 working days for the company if you cannot fulfill it. I have emailed the manager 3 times only to get one simple response saying he is dealing with it there after still no response or reassurance. THIS IS NOT ON!! Nearly heading to a month of having ordered the deep freeze with it not being deliver. I'm a very disgruntled customer who will be sure to NEVER support or recommend Hi Fi Corp!!
