Pathetic management and terrible customer service !!!

Absolute pathetic management and service . I had an issue with 2 tv's purchased online , never the less I will address that on a separate compliant. I am absolutely disgusted with the management dealing with my query , I had this issue from 16/02/2022 and to date - not a single manager has given me a call nor put any urgency in sorting my issue. , They just ignore my emails. JD Group, you should be ashamed to have these people in management posts when they cant even resolve a simple query or provide simple customer service !!!
