Pathetic. ***********. Worst experience.

Pathetic. Item received with packaging already opened and no remote included with the purchase of a xiaomi mi box S. I logged a complaint but even now after 4 months I have not received a single update whatsoever. Had to buy a replacement remote from Geewiz. Hifi Corporation is not to be trusted!!
