`pathetic horrible *********** baaaaaaaad services

I am so upset i cant stand this anymore i purchase a hisense fridge and a 4 plate defy stove on the 28th of November black Friday special, fridge was delivered on the 28th of December , I am still waiting for my defy 4 plate stove called customer care and logged a complain and i was told by the call center agent that i will receive a call within 24 hours to assist of which i missed , but ever since i haven`t received anything . i am so sick of how they treat m, they have a pathetic *********** service ever seen in my life . I am so hurt i moved house already and i haven`t received what i bought. if this in not sorted by end of the week im going to report this to the ombudsman if not sorted consumer will do. I regret the day i bought from hifi corperation
