Pathetic HiFi Corporation - online!!!!

Pathetic service from HiFi Corp - online! I have been holding on for 10 minutes and trying to phone again 5 times and just get the boring music! Placed an order for an item on 27 February, item in 'Order Picking in process'!!! Their T & C confirmed 2-5 working days for delivery. This is Thursday afternoon! Payment was done when order was placed. Supervisor been on the line now for more than 20 minutes!!! This is how long I have been waiting for someone referred to as a 'Supervisor' to answer my call! I will NOT recommend HIFi Corp for ANY online purchases!
