Pathetic does not even begin to describe this service!

I am really shocked at the pathetic service from this company. What on earth is going on with this place?! I have purchased a TV almost 2 weeks ago. The payment has gone through but the product is on hold. I called several times! Laid several complaints! Sent so many emails - not a response in sight! The call centre agents say they will escalate it for you but there is still no communication. I will NEVER buy from this place again!
