Pathetic Delivery service

Worst delivery service ever ,please re consider when making a purchase at the stores or online ,Their customer service team is not helpful at all and their response does not change regardless of how many times you call or days have past

I have placed an order for a fridge on 29/11/2024,got a call from the delivery guy on the 4th Dec to check my availability ,I confirmed that someone is present all day long

later on the 4th I called the delivery guy who advised that the item could not fit in his vehicle so it would still be coming today however with a different driver . At 4pm I called again to make sure things are on par and then was told to contact Hifi corp as his just the driver and cant help me(Which i understood) I then sent an email to Hifi corp requesting further info on my delivery ,they responded stating that the have checked with the warehouse and is awaiting a response ,On Friday the 6th I called again due to lack of communication and have been told the same thing in different words, the lady did say they have till today still,which is within their 2-5 working days promise

Monday 09/12/2024 called for an update and was told that they are working on my complaint and will revert ,i have tried their whatsapp line which is of no help as well as facebook which they seem to respond much quicker than an email,however facebook response states that they will look into it and provide feedback within 6 working days.

I still don't know where i will receiver my order but I am hopeful that it will happen before the year ends
