Pathetic delivery and service EVER!!!!

On the 26/07/2018 I placed an online order with Hi Fi Corp and I haven’t received my order till this day!!On the 30/07/2018 it was out for delivery and for whatever reason the driver turned back with my order. I called the call centre and the consultant said I would be getting my order the same day they will tell the driver to turn around I must expect my order later. Around midday I received a call from the courier company stating the reason why the driver left with my order is because he was “apparently” told I don’t live there and couldn’t leave the parcel however I had made arrangements for my mom to accept my parcel on my behalf as I work Monday – Saturday 8-5, so I really I don’t understand that coz my mom was at home the whole day waiting for my parcel. So the guy from the courier I was speaking to stated I would get my order that same day. I waited and waited but no parcel and I paid for it!!!! I then called the courier company the following day to follow up and was told it’s at the warehouse and must make arrangements to receive my parcel a. I then called the call centre once again and made those arrangements and was told they would escalate the matter to the courier company and will be getting my order that day but nothing. I’ve been calling every day since the 26/07/2017 till this day and been told my order is coming tomorrow, Tomorrow and nothing. I just want the order I paid for as I still need it I don’t understand why I’m receiving such bad service. I’ve order by other companies and this is by far the worst service. I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed by this poor pathetic service for a mere order. I WANT MY ORDER ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
