PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & WORKMANSHIP

Hi Fi Corporation KC has the worst customer service ever!! Staff members are ever changing and *********** in everything they do. Application process a mess, return process a mess and even a abacus claim process a mess! No communication what so ever! Have insurance on my items but now I no long have because when tv was refunded they refunded that too even though I had it distinctively clear of which they reassured me and now it is vice versa. PATHETIC on all other level. OMBUDSMAN here I come.
