pathetic customer service

This is what I heard from hi fi corp on 7 may, and till date still nothing. This is pathetic. Seems its a company that lies to its clients and keeps your money. This query is now since July 2014.I fail to understand that it takes you almost 10 months to refund our money.this is pathetic and I demand service and feedback.I assure you that if I don't get any feedback from your office in the next 48hrs advising me that this matter is resolved.I will ensure that it is reported to various south african consumer service bodies under the consumer protection act.rest assure that I am quiet resourceful and I WILL find a way to harm the brand for its pathetic customer services.just do your work and refund me my money.how do you balance your books if you have clients money that's owed to them.<br> Hello LLLAP,<br> Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.We have escalated the matter for further investigation and will revert with feedback soonest.<br> Your reference number is ****91.<br> Thanks and kind regards, <br> Customer Resolution Center
