Pathetic customer service

I have made 2 online purchases of dishwashers early January. I have emailed, called and chatted to agents online various times and STILL no feedback of WHEN the dishwashers will be delivered!! Someone called to inform me they are out of stock and will get back to me - I AM STILL WAITING! We are launching a brand new building with staff starting 1 Feb and I have no dishwashers for the kitchen. This is unacceptable and pathetic customer service.
