Pathetic customer service

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I ordered headphones and was advised that it would be delivered in 2-5 days, 2 weeks later and I am still awaiting them to deliver or even an update... I had contacted the store who gave me another number which i contacted for them to only give me another number and this goes on for 6 times (please note that i have been Sending emails in between to only receive automated replies). Eventually i get a hold of someone by the name of Anita who just stated she will escalate the matter. No apology, no assurance of my stuff going to be dispatched all she said was that nothing was done so far and they have been receiving my mails!! If i wanted a delayed delivery i wouldve ordered from wish, not a store 2 minutes away from the person who it needs to get delivered to. Absolutely pathetic company and customer service. Would never recommend them
