Pathetic customer care!

so i have ordered some items from HIFI online store, its been over a week and no items have been received. spoke to the customer care and they advised that the order will be with me (2 days ago) but still waiting. called again and the representative advised he will call me back and let me know the status.....2 days gone by and absolutely no feedback. can anyone help with getting my order??
