Pathetic credit system with poor customer service!!!!

I app**** for credit online. And it was approved. I went into store to complete my application as well as choose my appliances. I needed a washing machine and I also impulsively took a laptop. 3 days with no response from them I decided to cancel the application. The lady told me it was fine and asked me to come in again, which I did. I did a 2nd application. With no response from them I call head office to enquire about my application and I was told that my 2nd application was canceled because apparently my 1st application was approved (which I was not informed about). Then they asked me to come in to do a 3rd application, and again my 3rd application was canceled. It is very pathetic that the customer has to call to enquire about their application because they do not keep you updated. It's now over 5weeks and my initial application is still not canceled. So apparently it takes this long to cancel an application. And they have no remorse about. Head office says they have to contact the store to cancel it and the store says they have to call head office to do it.
