Pathetic, ******* HI- FI coporation!!!!!!

I placed an online order on the 30th November 2019 #5001...51 , I received a call from a call centre agent using *** and she confirmed that my order will be delivered on the 9th December 2019 still there is no delivery made or any form of communication called the called centre held the line for 20 min no response and my airtime was used up . I took leave from work and drove from midrand to Heidelberg just to assist my parents with the delivery as this is a gift for them. What a waist of time and money. I would not recommend your service to anyone because your service is just pathetic . I want my refund and I will deal with other retail stores that truly put customer satisfaction first.
