Pathetic company

I bought a Diamond brand tv from Hifi Corp and 2 years later the remote control stopped working. i went to the store at Carnival mall and i was advised that i must call their supplier which i subsequently did however i was left frustrated when Nu World which is the supplier advised me that the tv does not belong to them. What kind of service is this? No one is interested in helping. Why sell a product you cant provide support for? This is a pathetic service and i will be posting this on my social media to advise people to stop supporting you.
