Pathetic communication and service

I ordered & paid for a fridge/freezer on line on 17/02/2021. I did not receive it in the 2-5days that was promised. Spoke on line 3 times with no success!! There was NO communication at all about the non-delivery. My husband went to Head office to find out what the problem was-they said no stock!! It was eventually delivered 3/03/2021!! 14 days to deliver- PATHETIC!! They do not deserve to do online business.
