Pathetic and disgusting service

It's been 2 full weeks struggling to get my tv fixed,I'm calling the store and almost everyday they were supposed to pick up my tv on Friday and the didn't come and Monday I called the store again and I was told I must bring my report from the insurance and paying the difference of R2000 today my husband went there and now they told him to come on Thursday as the price have changed requested to speak to the store manager by the name of siyya he refused to come to the phone as was he on conference call with the head office from 2h00 until 5h00 and still waiting for his call,the service is pathetic and extremely poor he doesn't not have management I think he must take few courses on customer care,as I was busy calling the store my other colleague also complained about the pathetic service she received from the store
