Pathetic aftersales for online orders

An order was placed on the 30th on the online platform and when I call the call centre for assistance I am met with stumbling blocks of how they cannot help me and when asking for a manager, I was told she was busy to attend to my query and that she will call me. It is more 3 hours since I called and still no call from the manager
