Pathetic

I ordered a washing machine online on the 10th of December already. Paid same day. Still no delivery, no answers to telephone calls. I've tried to call to say I accidentally deleted my sms with tracking number so now I can't even track my order. They say they can't help me with no order number. I can give them the date and payment reference everything. But no won't even bother to help me.... This place is pathetic, it was a lot of money and no washing machine. Zero zero zero stars
