PATHETIC

Absolutely pathetic service!

Our tv light blew beginning of February - we went and handed our tv in to the Hifi Corp in Menlyn on the 5th of February.

They then said they would send it in for repairs - it would take 21 working days to fix or to get our money back.

About 2 weeks ago almost 1 whole month after having our tv, we get a phone call asking if a technician has been to our residence to fix the tv, they had no idea what was going on with our situation or our tv.

We have now had countless calls and emails asking what the hell has happened to our tv, we have also asked for a refund but yet nothing - it is almost 2 months since we handed our tv in and we still have no way forward!
