Pathetic

Absolute Waste of Time. Placed an order 27 Nov, paid via masterpass and then they cancel the order because they cannot trace the payment. Despite sending the masterpass payment receipt and several calls, I still dont have the order or a refund or any communication as to when it will be resolved. Now its my problem to show proof of payment of some other form which my bank says they cant, but hificorp adamant the bank can but wont contact the bank directly. You bank my money already and I don't have the goods. Ombudsman is my next step
