Pathetic

Long story short- don’t EVER use this business, especially their online shop. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my washing Defy washing machine. I have experienced horrible communication and pathetic customer service. The whole story is laughable and ridiculous. Scroll for the whole story. I ordered my machine and waited a week before inquiring my order. Then only I was told that they don’t have stock of the machine I already paid for. I confirmed the different color. Another week- no communication. I phoned again and they didn’t have stock of that machine either. I was promised a different model. Another week goes by and no machine. This week they phoned to check how my machine is functioning. Uhm I don’t have it yet. The delivery guys drove around with my machine for 3 days because the order didn’t include my phone number. Upon delivery the were rude and complained that I live on the second floor. They didn’t want to connect the machine and said the pipes are too short. They left my kitchen in a real mess. And still no functioning machine. Pathetic
