Paid Insurance for Harassment

I bought a TV through Hi-Finance, they insisted that i would have to take out insurance to cover me for retrenchment or theft . I agreed and Got the TV.<br> A year Later I got retrenched my account was fully Paid up , I went to the Branch and told them i got retrenched and they said i needed an affidavit and a retrenchment letter , witch i gave them. So after handing in all the Paper work and details she will submit the claim and i will hear from them in a week or so but i am covered so no need for worry.<br> I hear nothing from them for about 6 months then i get the calls... from debt collectors telling me my account has not been paid. the insurance are supposed to Cover me wile not employed??. so i tel them the whole story and how i put in the claim at the time and my account was always paid up on-time till i put in the claim. they say OK no problem they will make a note of this. 2 years they still call me every week for money and make notes now i just swear at them kill the line since that my TV was ****** about 3 months ago and i haven't bothered with any more claims because its pointless so i have paid money and lost the TV anyway.
