PAID FOR ITEMS BUT NO DELIVERY OR FEEDBACK.

I ordered beds on black friday - order number ***. They wanted to deliver one unit a week later but I was not home and told them that I want my whole order delivered and not in portions. A nother week went by and I did not receive any communication from them. Calling them is a hasstle because theyre lines are never working. I got the *** warehouse number. They say that they are not able to assist me because the "main branch" is supposed to make a plan to get my items delivered to me. I have sent emails to Ntswaki Setlau <***>, and the respond I received was just that they are unable to help me. I called the customer care and they just gave me a refrence *** and told me that they will get back to me. I sent an email to the manager *** and have not received a response.

I am out of options, I just need my items delivered to me.
