Paid but not delivered

I bought a Canon printer online on the 29 July 2020. It has not been delivered. I enquired about the where abouts of the printer only to be sent from pillar to post. I am not spending time and money trying to trace the printer and no one at HI Corporaton is willing to take the responsibility of tracing thr printer instead I am told that I am not the only person who is complaining. I called, sent emails but no response.
