Package ******

I placed an order on the 28th of October and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 2nd of November.

On that same day the driver claimed he couldn’t deliver because of a “strike” and that he’ll reschedule the delivery.

He then updated that I received the order when I hadn’t.

I raised this matter on the 3rd and till this day nothing has been done.

Nor have I been informed of the progress made thus far regarding my ****** order.
