Outstanding refund

Please assist. How does one get a refund? Bought 2 headphones for work purposes at Hi-Fi Corp Clearwater and they were faulty, returned them for refund and was informed I will receive a call on what time to collect the money. Second day I called the store at 10:00, 14:00 and 18:00 and was advised the manager would call back. Please assist in getting my refund as I've already purchased the product elsewhere.
